As a 40 year professional school trained technician who has worked for this company, I have seen misdiagnosis, bait and switch tactics directed by the owners , operators, blatant lies to the customers, and inferior work and not installing the parts sold to the customers.when the owner told me to bait and switch the customer I am glad I no longer work there I just wish that they would have paid me for the last week but what can you expect from a business that makes false statements to customers , and check out the assault charges against the woman there ( pinellas county cleark of courts. Susanne or Nichole which ever name she is using now)
They replaced my transmission 10 months ago and it's already bad. Marco told me that the warranty would be good in North Carolina and now they are telling me no. I can drive 900 miles back to them. Not a great way to keep a customer happy or stand by your work or wors
They perform quality transmission rebuild and repairs. I recall they deeply care about customers
Extremely friendly staff, Secretary explained above and beyond about transmission repair and a good price for quality work with a up to a 3 year warranty
The folks here are super friendly & nice. I was treated like the most important person. They listen, and I are extremely compassionate. I know their in business & have to turn a profit. I checked dealer prices and they are so much less expensive. Thanks for letting me make payments.

The dealer is much more expensive. The staff is wonderful and very compassionate. Personable too! 👍
