Most planet fitness have a group training schedule that you can request from the front desk. The trainers do classes throughout the week for various body parts. I don't think many people are aware of this, but I did several classes when I was in the Atlanta area. Great benefit to use.
They don't really have "classes" like that. They have trainers more or less that show groups how to use machines and such, but that's it
