d say no. Only service animals.. not ESA or therapy animals or pets because they don’t have public access, no matter how well trained they are. Only service animals have access rights under the ADA (Americans with disabilities act
I've only seen the smaller breeds in there. People keep them in the carriages and the store seems cool w it. It's prob when the dogs start walking around, they'll have an issue.
There's no need if the animal isn't a service animal. It's selfish and not fair to the dog or other customers. And it's super weird.
