I have had only good experiences at the one in Schenectady. The staff might look a little rough at times, but they are knowledgeable. I get used snow tires every year, and the only flats I ever got where my own fault. They even lety girlfriend drive the tires she got before paying for them. My friend that referred me to them actually had them turn him away because they didn't have matched wheels and recommended competition that wouldn't pork him either.
