Hi Ron, thanks for contacting us. We do have less than a handful that are rentals. The situation is that they are long term occupants. Most of our renters have been here over 3 years. When you are retirement age, moving is the last thing you really want to do, but they seem very happy with their homes. It seems there is such a shortage of affordable rentals in this area.
