disappointed in the fries. sandwich was good but the fries were the bottom of the barrel, the couple of fries on top looked great but after that they were just smaller soggy pieces, i was very disappointed.

Usually never a problem just need to inform them

Iv always had great service and never a soggy fry. Maby try again and see how it goes then base ur decision on that. That's what i would do and then ask to talk to talk to the manager there instead of leaving upset and disappointed.

Ask for it fresh or call they will give u a fresh one ur next visit for free

I never have an issue with fries. But if did sure they would replace them
