Have parents buried in the Garden for the last six years. Stone had to be replaced due to it was not fitted properly. At first they were very nice and said because of Covid it would be a little while. In February they sent an email apologizing and said we would have it in March. Then came March and they said that something didn't fit right and they sent it back again and weeoulha e itby April. Again they said they're kcame and they had to send it back. This has been going on for several more months and then they said oh you're definitely going to have it by July it'll be on the truck. We just spoke to Lou because we never heard anything and now he said the truck came and it wasn't on there. To be honest I'm beginning to think that there was never anything reordered because this doesn't happen that several times it's not on the truck. We asked who the company was because we'd like to call them which we have every right since we're the one who paid for it and nobody will give us that information. To be honest with you this has been going on for a year. Kathy who is no longer there was the one who got us to bury parents in the garden which she said would be beautiful. When we went to visit our parents grave it was horrendous there was no grass we were stepping in mud. This was supposed to look like a beautiful garden.

Such a beautiful place. Attending a funeral in college, my mother told me that this is where she wanted to be buried. Almost 20 years later, when she passed, Trinity Memorial Gardens was so wonderful in helping us with all of the arrangements. They are even expanding and the new space looks beautiful. The grounds always look nice and it is aways so peaceful, even with all the new residential neighborhoods that have been built nearby. I still feel like it is a quaint and peaceful sanctuary in which I can quietly spend time with my mom.

I cannot Thank the staff, especially Aaron, for all the help they did for my family when my beloved sister passed away during the holy season of Easter. They went above and beyond to make certain that they ascertained a priest (thank you Father Rizzo - your eulogy was wonderful and so on point) - that the room was appropriate for a small, intimate, family/friends gathering and helped my nieces deal with the loss of their Mother in a quiet, professional, compassionate way. The family of Maria Vignola thanks all the staff for al they did during this most mournful time. We all express our deepest heartfelt thanks. Rita Leider - sister of Maria Vignola

You next of kin will have to make funeral arrangements so the hospital can release your body to the funeral home.
