Christina helped me so much after my shoulder injection. Everyone at this location is top notch. They take their time with you, are able to assess your pace and train you on the correct movements. They even give you picture print outs of the movements so you can do it at home. I even got stretchy bands to aid me. It really helped me a lot.

PT Solutions in Trinity was the best place I could’ve gone to for physical therapy. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by staff who made it a goal to know your name and have conversations with. And then when it came time to the therapy my therapist Christina and the other ones in there were just the best. I came to PT Solutions in January on crutches not being able to walk or put pressure on my foot, with big ambitions to go back to dance by March. Though that time frame did not happen, Christina got me walking around fast and really helped me regain strength in my ankle/foot. She pushed me to keep going even if things hurt (in a good encouraging way). After months of PT I left feeling 100%, and got back to doing what I love. Because of this facility and their staff and the hard work/tasks I was given I am now on a college dance team, with full strength and mobility!!

Trainer Eric helped me out tremendously. I was coming off of my third arm surgery and he really helped me Battleback when the odds were against me. I am now fully healed thanks to Eric and PT solutions in Trinity. I’m feeling and throwing better than ever. Ive made a college team again and am able to continue my baseball career.
