I personally call the market place..it is a 1-855 number if you google marketplace u will find the number. U can also apply online through the marketplace website or do it right over the phone. It very simple and if u qualify your coverage can start immediatly.
The best I can tell you is to go to the office snd when youget inside go to the doir on the left. In there is a smalk office with a desk behind a window. The folks therecsn hook you up with whomever you need to talk to and the forms you need.
