Saleswoman was very unfriendly. Was there to purchase a cowgirl hat for my grandbaby. Had only two hats for little girls and only one in her size. The only (one) hat we had to choose from had little tiny spots of what looked like ink spattered over it. Not real noticeable but still stained. When I showed it to the salesperson...her response was..."Its not like she's (granddaughter) going to know the difference!" So true...except "she's" not paying the bill....Grandma is! Will not shop here again!!

I made an hour and fifteen minute drive on a Monday to visit this store. I was super excited and eager to buy. The store hours on Google show "opens at 10am on Mondays." I got there to find a sign on the door that they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. I follow their Facebook page and saw something I really wanted to purchase. Oh well...

Wonderful store, I got my first hat here as I will be competing in western pleasure classes come this fall! The lady was soo nice helping find a hat that fit me. Highly recommend
