Hi my name is teri ritchey and i was wondering about a house that i saw on a website that was being rented for $1000 a month. The address is 4549 dewy drive. The house is green. I got an email saying that it was a scam. Could you please let me know.

We live across the street from that house. There is no for rent sign in the yard but I believe it is owned by OfferPad. The house was previously listed for sale through OfferPad and I believe they purchased it when it did not sell within the listing period. Hope this helps. 4/2/2019: A house 2 doors down from that one just went up for rent today. Don't know the rate though.

Teri, searching the mls I do not see the property currently available for rent. I do however see that this 3 bedroom 2 full bath waterfront home with private dock “ boat lift is available for sale at $339k. I trust this helps.
