We live across the street from that house. There is no for rent sign in the yard but I believe it is owned by OfferPad. The house was previously listed for sale through OfferPad and I believe they purchased it when it did not sell within the listing period. Hope this helps. 4/2/2019: A house 2 doors down from that one just went up for rent today. Don't know the rate though.

What are the vehicle parking restrictions? Would our 3/4 ton, plain white Ford Transit be allowed on the driveway overnight?
