******PREVIOUS CLIENTS BEWARE***** This company ONLY changed names, nothing else. If you have had work performed with Collision Center of Pasco and given a guarantee, Please know that it is worthless. If you have problems with repairs stemming from employee negligence Crash Champions is refusing to honor any repair warranties you may have received. Needless to say the conversation with Janette( the same manager) of now Crash Champions informed me "That Crash Champions are a different company with a different tax id#. Crash Champions is not responsible for work performed under Collision Center of Pasco." Same employes in the same positions just NEW state paperwork folks. Says alot about the character of people doing business at this company. I thought other reviewers might have been over-stating complaints, that doesn't seem to be the case. My question is a simple one, "Why would a collision repair company not replace the Strut Lifts, Pinch Sensors and the holding Brackets on an automatic liftgate that has been rear-ended with NEW Strut Lifts and Pinch Sensor. and Holding Brackets?" Over and over again with the practiced speech of Crash collision isn't responsible for Collision Center warranty because it's a new business. I pointed out that I had to return the car once after the initial repair work due to the lift gate not lining up properly on the car. I believe now the employees had to know eventually I would not be able to either open or close my liftgate. Yes it's lovely, now my Liftgate is stuck in the open position unable to close. Still they will not honor the very warranty they put in my hands. My insurance is stepping up so that is some relief. How sad, Crash Collision could have made money off repairing this and earned future business as well as RESPECT. How much better this review would have been if Crash Champions had honored their work. It seems consumers need another consumer protection law as Janette the manager informed me that " If I wasn't in an accident I wouldn't need their services.", as she hung up on me. Well, fortunately for me, I'm smart enough to know I will never use this company nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone. I have started the process of lodging a complaint with my insurance company. Progressive recommended this company because it is on their Preferred Customer List. Hopefully Crash Champions will be removed soon and someone might be prevented from a dealing with a car nightmare. Funny how this company doesn't seem to mind using reviews from a defunct company as their own while not honoring the work as their own. *****CONSUMER BEWARE*******

They took care of everything with our "hyundai santa fe". ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They did all the work with the insurance company.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even looked out for us in getting us "original parts" instead of "aftermarket ones. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They also did the work in a " timely matter" that was done so well you wouldn't ever know there was damage. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They Even cleaned my car inside and out. "It was like getting a new car again" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tina was Amazing 👏 Thank you to her and her Team for looking out for us they made the whole experience great 👍 Thanks guys.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Repair was to take two weeks ended being 6 weeks. Absolutely no communication with us as we were to be informed weekly with updates, yet Nothing. So when the car was done we went to pick it up and they didn’t finish the repairs so back to the body shop another week. I would never use this shop again. This was a preferred shop for Progressive Insurance, very unsatisfied with there unprofessional experiences
