Has anybody heard of the lottery where the system at Francis House that will pull up random names to lighten their case loads and then that person is told that they must find new representation for their medical case work but are not referred anywher

I can assure you that Francis House, now EPIC has never had a lottery system. We do occasionally have staff turnover that would cause a client to get assigned to another case manager. If there is a concern with how we are providing care, please reach out and we will do everything we can to make sure your needs are met.
