Hi there, we have lots of baby chicks in stock and more arriving every week, through the end of May. All chicks are vaccinated against Marek's Disease this year. However, gamebirds (ducklings, turkey poults, guinea keets, etc) are not vaccinated as they very rarely, if ever, contract Marek's Disease. Hatcheries don't vaccinate any game birds, or bantams, for that matter (bantams are too small). If anyone has any questions, be sure to call the store - (315) 298-2566. ~Becky
Yes
Yes they do... and Merricks is something that comes from your own property from wild birds that visit your land... i believe they ordered vax. Chicks this year. Either way. Amazing variety of birds are available.
Never had a problem with sickness with are chick's.
I don't recommend buying them. We bought a flock there last year and they all got merricks disease and died. Buy vaccinated chicks elsewhere. We had 3 different kinds of chickens a rooster and 3 guinea hens. In a brand new coupe well cared for and cleaned regularly. It's a terrible slow and painful death. Was hard on my family.
Yes. Its chick season..
