The World of Disney does have everything Disney! And if you don't see exactly what you're looking for there, it's located in Disney springs, which has multiple stores full of unique Disney merchandise.
They have some Up items. In store.
I looked in the Shop Disney Parks section of the disney world app. No figs there, and most UP stuff was "in store only" which I think means Disney Stores not on resort....
