What is the youngest age, a person can check in/book a room here, as I have read elsewhere that the minimum age of booking in is 21.

I'm the Maitenence Manager, and you must be 18 years old valid DL deposit and room fee.

If your a N.C. resident I believe you have to be at least 25.
