We are absolutely ecstatic that they allow dogs now!!!! We got a dog a few years ago, and everytime we came to visit family finding a nice place to stay in the area that allowed dogs was a super hassle. This is by far the best hotel in the area in my opinion.

Follow up to my prior review, just spoke with LEE THE GM, after my third phone call back. She actually answered the phone and said “she was getting ready to return my call.” We had used, Booking.com, which I have used many times before and NEVER had any issues. Their policy is three days cancellation, Hampton is 24 hours. Booking.com said that the Hotel has the final decision on refunding because they are the ones getting paid, understandable. I cancelled yesterday afternoon, Thursday, which is over 24 hours notice, we were to stay Sat., tomorrow night. This was discussed with LEE, she informed me that Booking.com, was “passing the buck”, when in all actuality, it IS THE HOTELS DECISION, and she kept referring to Booking.coms “policy” of three days cancellation, so Lee was passing the buck. I did inform her that I was disappointed and this was not a way to morally or ethically run a business and she proceeded to say, “I am sorry you are not happy with the other company’s policy”. I told Lee, I was not happy with her because she is the GM and she can make the decision but chose not to help, even with a partial refund. Trying to play on words and blame other company’s and their policies in order to not accept any accountability is not something I appreciate. She as GM, and also, Booking.com, giving her the authority to make the decision shows me even further, how much this establishment does not value customers. Lee, you need to educate yourself something about business, the more you respect and value your customers will ultimately pay it forward to benefit you and the establishment you work for. May Karma find you and it will one day. My husband has been reading your reviews and any negative review is concerning cancellation. Hopefully, higher ups read these reviews. As far as your staff who has spoken to me on the phone, they are incredibly personable and were a pleasure to speak with. I also give great reviews when deserved.

Very nice King bed room with blackout roller shades so effective couldn’t tell it was morning. Breakfast bar very good, coffee was great. Pleasant, friendly staff at all times makes for enjoyable stay.

This place is super clean and fancy. And it made me feel very safe and loved. So many great amenities. Pool isn't set up yet though.
