Excellent hotel experience! We stayed for four nights for a conference being held here. The event center is laid out great, the desk service is good, and the breakfast is very good and fresh. The facility is clean and we had no issues with the room. Looking forward to returning next year!

Solid lodging choice for anyone driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. Reasonable rates, clean spaces, breakfast was better than similarly priced lodging. Plenty of parking and the lady at the front desk was helpful without me having to ask. How polite! I will stay here again if I travel through there.

Lovely hotel. Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful, guest rooms were good size, nicely decorated and very clean. Our meeting space was great, public bathrooms were nice and very clean. Breakfast needs a bit of attention, hot items weren't hot, but glad to have a breakfast that wasn't just a donut. We would definitely return.
