You can do so if you're the consignor of the items you're selling at their website. However, to browse and shop and to find out if it's sold, you'd have to be at the Exchange. Calling them could be an option. When any of my items gets sold, I get an email notification plus an envelope in the mail with a check and very detailed information about which items got sold and when etc.
You should have received login info when you got your consigner number that allows you to check online. If you don’t have that please call the office 941-955-7859
I asked when I was shopping for furniture and lighting fixtures a few years ago, and was told I could always photograph the sticker on the item/s I was interested and call every couple of days, and quote the inventory number to see if the item was still available or had already been sold(I live about 50 miles away and a phone call was easier)
Not that I'm aware of you can simply just called them and have your seller number available
