Associate was very rude and demeaning about price point. I felt judged and embarrassed by a grown man stating the store was out of my price range for the ‘an apartment’ I’m furnishing before I even told him what I was looking to spend. I’ve never been so upset walking out of a store. Do not waste your time or money on this store.

This is the greatest place to find all kinds of pristine furniture, lighting, and intersting finds. I have furnished my new home with quality lovely things at a fraction of the cost. Spencer is a wonderful source of information and us so gracious.

I was looking for furniture and other stuff for our new place in Sarasota and visited many consignment and resale stores. BOT Sarasota was definitely the best. Their store is bright and spacious and shows a lot of good taste. In fact, it doesn't look like a typical consignment store at all. Except when you look at the price tags! The prices are very good and get lower over time.
