Had negative experience at Osprey Fifi store. Moldy odor upon entering. Ive been to other Fifi stores which have easy to read tags with the dates listed as when people bring in items. This store had nothing listed on tags. Or not listed so shopper could easily visualize. One salesperson, in store,with no personality and zero salesperson ability. Unable to answer simple question except to announce the used clothing was designer Walked out with my $$$ and wont return

Got to personally meet the "Fifi"and she was very humble and super friendly. She chatted with us about where we were from and helped us with finding the perfect purse! Would definately come back again!!!

Great place to shop! I always find something cute. As a larger lady (5'11'' and a size 14-16, with a shoe size of 10.5-11) sometimes second-hand shopping is hard, but not here! They have a wide selection of cute things in my size. The staff is always super nice. The sales are fairly decent. Would highly recommend

Just my view but why they call it a review. All these online shops but never getting the right fit or what is advertised. Fifi's is fantastic (Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch location), great selection and awesome customer service. Sales sales sales, after 30 days most items are 20 to 50% off. Best of all, you can put the handbag on your shoulder, try on the pants, walk around in the shoes and know what you're getting. Had horrible experiences at other consignment shops with overpriced items and lousy service, only interested in what they make on a sale. I have not shopped at the S Osprey location and not terribly happy with their reviews, but after shopping at the Lakewood Ranch location for almost two years, this place is by far my absolute favorite shop to spend an hour or two and walk out with exactly what I wanted and needed. Can't find what you're looking for? Go back a week later and look again. Never a boring experience! Thanks ladies for taking such good care of me!
