Does Clearwater have any section 8 opening for a disabled person age 5? If so where do I apply and what's the waiting list?

The wait list is up to 4 years. Last I heard Clearwater Housing Authority was accepting MOTHERS AND CHILDREN whom is homeless or in shelter. HAVE TO BE IN SHELTER TO BE ACCEPTED.
