There's parking close to University right at the park
Depends on where you want to end up. Go in main entrance parallel to the freeway and then follow the parking lot around all the way back up to the kids playground at entrance near mall. There is parking almost everywhere along the way.
Lots of parking on non busy days just outside the park. There are like two lots. Some "hidden" ones too if not blocked off by event
