I want to take my grandson fishing ... is there a pier to fish from or do you need to fish from shore?

I fish from lake to lake last week were a good day caught catfish and blue gills

There are three public docks there that you can fish over but no swimming

There are several lakes/ponds that have no pier. The large lake has a pier that you can fish off of. There is a large gator that lived in that pond so when it warms up keep you eyes open.

There is a jetty there, but inclined to think that fishing would be from the shore, as lake is used for skulking.
