Rifles/shotguns can be rented by persons 18 or older. Ammunition cost is extra and depends on caliber starting at $25/50 for 9x19mm. Targets are mostly $1 each.

Yes you can, just take your passport. The price varies as you choose the weapons, the amount of ammunition, etc. As you ask for adding up to not have surprises with the bill afterwards. I recommend the m9 pistol with 50 ammunition, the m4 rifle for fun.
