Roxanne what are you even talking about? If you know of some child who is having a situation at home that you feel the child should be removed then contact Child Protective Services. This organization is not who handles this .So if you are asking this question then you need to be the one to report it to the proper authorities. Throwing a question like this out at random isn't helping anyone as we don't have a clue as to who or what you are talking about. Reporting it is anonymous
