He SHOULD be in Monday thru Friday, arriving at 8am. However, he tends to be absent or not available often, and randomly, especially toward the end of the week. Mondays and Tuesdays are best. If you are doing an intake, get there early, because there may be a line already by 6am when they open the doors. Each intake takes hours, and they do them one at a time--so if you know you are not going to be feeling well, you are going to want to be first in line. I would recommend getting there at 5:30am.
