I’m so happy I started my journey back on the right path by choosing to enroll at the BAART clinic. My counselor, Consuelo Jackson, is especially helpful during my counseling sessions. If she wasn’t my counselor I’m sure I probably would not have made it as far as I’ve come on my journey back to sobriety. I’m truly blessed and grateful to have such a caring counselor like her to help me along the way.

Without giving to much personal information about myself, I will share what I feel comfortable sharing. From the moment this walk in those doors I feel like however quiet the ladies at the front are, they have a way with everyone, not just the"regulars". They will go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help you. If it is busy though, please be patient as they are trying to check in all the patients and dealing with intakes which means"newbies". Also, HUGE THING TO BE AWARE OF..... THE WHOLE CLINIC HAS 1 DOCTOR, ONE DOCTOR FOR 1000 CLIENTS PLUS NEW ONES BEING ADDED EVERYDAY. But Dr.Q for short is amazing at what he does. The doctor is extremely empathetic who listens and tries to give 💯 to helping you feel yourself again. The next wonderful and helpful people are my lovely, amazing, thoughtful Nurse Angels👩🏻‍⚕️😇👩🏻‍🦰👱🏼‍♀️🧑🏻👩🏻‍🦱💐🌻🌻 Tina my 👑🧑🏻🏳️‍🌈 favorite: Katie, Geri, and the nurse who's been ⁵ the longest, Edith. When I came to visit the clinic for the first time it was about 3 1/2yrs. ago. A great friend of mine at the times and he had Thee Best Counselor in all of the BAART Programs her name was Dottie☹️🥺🥺🤫😨😱🤯😢😥😓🤧🥵🥶😇🙏💞💋🤗😶 She died in January about 2 years ago. I miss her very much and if you had her as a counselor then you know what a fantastic example of a real life Counselor Dottie Superwoman 🦸🏾‍♀️ Rest in Paradise 💥🌟💫✨I think now the best counselor you have right now besides Sheri is SY yes his name is Sy. He is the best and brightest counselor ever! The help he offers, the info he gets or gives or even looks up for you info you might want or need to further your success. He helps by listening, but not just bc he has to, because he genuinely wants to help you. He tailors (I think that's how you spell that word) your goals to work for you wherever you are in your journey. He also challenges you in a positive was that makes you want to show not just Sy, but yourself that you can do it on your own. I hope you all get a chance to meet the 2 security guys I only know Fred such a kind soul who is great at enforcing the policy's and getting to know everyone on more than just a service level he is like a wise uncle to me and to a lot of people that love seeing and feeling safe everytime I see Fred there. Please visit this Clinic it will be worth it! 🌟

I've been going to the clinic now for about 6 months, and it has helped me in so many ways. My counselor Mrs. Consuelo is the reason I went into program, she encouraged me and has had my back the entire way! I couldn't ask for a better counselor. Also, the dosing nurses are awesome and super compassionate and are great at remembering each client on a personal level. They make it a point to ask about my personal progress every week and I really appreciate that!

I had to move up here to help my family and I was a little apprehensive about starting up with a new clinic. The people on the front desk have always been courteous and professional . Always with a word of support or a smile to start my day. It seemed that in no time everyone on the front desk knew my name. As to the dosing window I can’t say enough how I’m impressed with their professional demeanor . They always make you feel like this dose ‘counts’. My counselor has always had my back and informed me of any choices and options I may have in front o f me at any given time. Finally the intake staff , always informative as to any options I might have and clear and precise in filling out so many forms but it’s done in a way that’s painless. And last but not least the Doc who made me feel I was more than just a number. I could go on about this clinic but just let me say this ; It’s clean , the staff of helpful and courteous, and the ‘patients’are a pretty mellow bunch.
