It's doable with a Bob stroller. No room for others tho'. Steep. Listen hard for cars when crossing in the hairpin turn. Easier 1/4 mi walk.
Yes the beach isn't far but the trail is not what I would take a stroller on.
The campsite is across the highway from the cove. So you're going to have to deal with crossing hwy 1 one way or the other. The trail is probably wide enough for a stroller, and i don't recall there being steps on the portion of the trail that goes to the beach/cove. The trail is essentially 1 large switchback, but still has some steepness to it. It delivers you to a point on hwy 1 that is just across from the cove. It is a nice trail along Stillwater Creek. It is not long. Personal preferences vary, but I would take a stroller along; but i may be a bit more adventurous than many.

Trail would be 1/4 mile to the beach. If you take jogging stroller, you have to use main road that would be half mile.
