Those letters, to me, refer to sedevacantist priests. To me, they are not in union with Christ's Priesthood/bishopric/apostolic ministry, see Acts ch.1. This parish is 'true blue' Roman Catholic, not-sedevacatist, as far as i know. Latin-Mass was NEVER 'killed' by Vatican 2. Christs words of consecration NEVER were changed, as those sect(s) of priests wrongly claim.
