I work there.... John the VSO from VFW is there Monday, and Wednesday the VBA rep is there. Get there early on Wednesday. Sometimes there's a line before opening.
A VFW Service Officer is there on Mondays. There is a VA rep on Wed
Your best bet is to call the center...he comes either Monday or Tuesday but it's first come first served..no appt. Doors open at 8am but line starts early.
Once a month call them and they will let you know the schedule
