I was given a phone number to call at the VA and a “good luck” I’m still just as lost as when I started because all the VA gives me are more phone numbers to call as well. Here call this number. Call that number and here call this number. Call that number, get transferred and get told to call an organization who isn’t the VA to help with VA claims. Call them and get a busy tone. No help anywhere. Less than no help because nobody seems to actually do anything. They’re all really good at sending you somewhere else that won’t help you!

No, if you call the veteran center they can give you the number for the hemet office and they have people at that location to help you get and fill out the forms needed for that
I work there.... John the VSO from VFW is there Monday, and Wednesday the VBA rep is there. Get there early on Wednesday. Sometimes there's a line before opening.
Is Mr. Ortiz the gentleman who comes on Wednesday? If so, it's first come, first served. The line can start at 5am or earlier. Bring your coffee, a book and a chair. He's worth the wait. Free is good too. This is a great organization!
Out patient counseling only
They can help you find it but they don't have records like that kept there.
No!
Call for appointment and info.
They do have a VBA employee from San Diego that takes walk ins on Wednesday at 0800 first come first serve
It is a counseling center. They have many resources though and can point you in the right direction.
You can get a copy of your DD214 at the EBENEFITS website

They help get the VA disability on Wednesday and Monday but not the SSDI. For that one I believe you go to the county veteran social services office in hemet
