Call and ask because they make exceptions if trailer is well kept
I haven't lived there for about 5 years.There are some older ones there,but it depends on the manager mainly,and how it looks on the outside.I wouldn't rent there again.Lake Elsnore has a new park and is really nice and good prices.Good luck.
