We called J and M when during a 100+ degree heat wave in Southern California our a/c went out. They came out quickly and the tech, Bill, was outstanding. He found out the issue in about five minutes and had a repair/cost estimate in as little time. We were concerned we would have to wait for the part or the issue wouldn't be resolved the same day. (life has a way of doing that, right?) Not only did he repair the problem quickly, but he showed us some tips for better usage and explained why the problem happened and how to avoid it. He also took the time to repeat certain parts when we couldn't quite grasp the technicality of the issue. Very patient. Very informative. Very polite. Not only will J and M be our go to in the future, but we are signing on for the yearly maintenance program in a few weeks. The cost wasn't excessive and again, the problem was resolved extremely quickly. Thanks to J and M and please convey to Bill we appreciate his help and professionalism during a crisis. Living in 100 degree weather with pets is a real problem, and of course it ALWAYS HAPPENS during a heat wave right? Do yourself a favor and use them, you won't be disappointed....

J & M technician Robert fixed the air conditioner unit quickly. I thought he was just gonna give an estimate but he had parts on his truck and fixed the problem. The service was great and my home is cool again. Thank you J & M.
