3rd Day in a row electricity outage for hours in temps over 100. Day 1 the 1st outage was planned and we were given notice, second was not, nor Day 2 or today Day3 in which there is not a single person we can reach to report it. We were lucky we came home when we did or our pups could have seriously suffered or even died!

We love this park!!!!! Very quiet, allows dogs, rent by the month or visit by the week. Lots of shopping about 15 mins away....Staff is fantastic.!!! We have visited every month for the last 7 mo's, yes we leave our trailer here as we live in AZ. Again, a great place to visit or stay.

Not anything close to the ph description I got, Make sure you read the rules, they'll fine you $100 for weeds in your site and they don't provide weed killer. Our site was covered when we arrived, I took photos. The office staff could use people skills, the older lady is very rude. They have permanent residents in here living in dumps yet they turned down a friend of mine who wanted to pay a year in advance because his rv was older than 1999, hypocrisy.

Yes.

Are dogs allowed? And do you have any rentals?

Tina Neubauer | Aug 31, 2019
Roger Coffelt | Aug 31, 2019

Yes dogs are welcome the park is quiet and people are awesome there BUT.... The beautiful new rentals are really just old run down 5th wheels that need lots of maintenance done to them and the very few new mobiles that are there are already occupied hearing from past and current tenants if something happens to break it will take forever to get fixed if at all. And one other important thing to mention is that if you or a loved one are handicapped this park is not ADA compliant park restrooms though nice are small and are locked between the hours of 9pm to 6 am. Pictures in the web site are out of date and the park is for the most part not what is advertised my suggestion is to go see for your self and really look at things closely before making a move in
