I've never seen dogs there and another person posted previously that their site says dogs are not allowed. Only service animals.

No dogs are allowed. Service animals only, defined by ADA as a dog trained to perform tasks for a person's disability. This does not include emotional support animals, which are only protected for things like housing and plane flights.
Real service dogs only.
