Are cars allowed or roads good for cars?

When I got there the parking lot was full and closed but the roads were fine to drive on, then later the parking lot opened up

We were there last Sunday and parking for 20 minutes just before the parking lit. Enough time to walk down , take some photos and enjoy the sea and sand.

You have 15 min free parking just next to the park entrance or you can park for free without limit on streets. Otherwise 10$ if you go into the park.
