I have been waiting for a year and a half now I apply March 3 of 2020 I have not got my edd .I’ve been calling all 6, numbers and trying to get through online. They always have holes stating that it’s maintenance on the website .So very hard this is so crazy that you have to try so many times and if you wake up at 6 o’clock and try to call in at 6:59 to try to get through it still busy you’re still not able to connect or they hang the phone up or they don’t reply if you try to send the email this it is very insane try to reach out to someone to get help. Please let me know if we are still eligible to get our unemployment that is owed to us!!
I have not been able to get a hold of anyone since the beginning of January. Today is September 8th. I've called and wrote within the EDD system many many many times. NOTHING! We are on our own people. California is ruined.
There is no one to help you in person. This is only a job center. There is no alternative just keep calling.
I applied in june as well. I have never experienced such inefficiency and chaos. What should be a simple process, becomes the most frustrating and sheer hopeless situation u will ever experience! Do your jobs right people!
I have had the hardest time getting a call to the EDD. I tried when the first open , lunch time and 30 minuets before they close and no luck. I tried so many times that I needed to try something different. I called them on the Text Free Ap and I got through on the first try with only 1 minute wait time. Little did I know that they are screening their calls. I did have to go through the identification process because they didn't know my phone number.
Yea government ate giving any money they will find a reason or threating you with penalty. Edd miss up and hard working americans gotta pay for it

This isn't an EDD office only can go in and file a paper claim here they fax it over besides that nothing to do with UI
