I received my bill amount for the citation but it says that I failed to appear on 8/10/18 when I clearly have proof that I did appear. Do I have to speak to anybody on the phone or do I just go straight to the Superior Court to fix it?

Go to the casshiers to see if they can clear it up, and if not, ask to go in front of the judge and he or she will definitely fix the problem. If you don't, it will be considered a failure to appear, your fine amount will go up, and your driver's license will be suspended, even if it was a mistake, so you can go there first thing tomorrow and get it resolved.
