Been training here for the past 6 months, I honestly can say I am in the best shape of my life thanks to my trainer/ coach Luis , I have lost 42 lbs and can lift more weight than ever before. My mile time went from 9 minutes to just below 7 min mile. It is a great open space with tons of free weights. I highly recommend you give them a try. Awesome community of people everyone is welcoming and supportive. It really is the best part of my day. They also have a nice outdoor workout area too.

Me and my girlfriend loved the gym. It’s big, has all the equipments (brand new), also has air runners, skis, air bikes and rowers. Very clean and well decorated. It has many and also flexible open gym hours, which was all we needed for our training program. The coaches were very gentle, receptive and helpfull. The owner is an awesome guy that made us feel like home and it was really a pleasure meeting him! If you’re looking for a gym that is fully equipped (with good equipment), good coaches, open gym hours, this is your place.
