I have 10 computers that are about 7 years old. All hard drives have been removed. I also have quite a few old printers (not sure if all of them still work). I also have 8 old monitors. Do you accept these goods? Is there a fee to drop them off?

As my knowledge and experience in that place you can drop them for free, and they accept any electronic device and no matter how old they are!
