Find a good lawyer
The area around it is not a comfortable atmosphere. And parking is down hill not easily accessible at all its a walk up hill to get to the park. I would recommend an uber or bus ride there parking and walking is not fun at all. Hopefully they figure out something for people to get to it but the atmosphere is F. They should put a restraunt there. Something to do and its right next to the water treatment facility so I felt some kinda way about letting my kids in the water. Just saying. It fits the atmosphere..but they should definitely put something there I don't know about a hotel but a restaurant sure. But there's going to be some problems you can just tell by the people that are around there.
