quite bad front desk service. the hotel is nice and the rooms are big and modern. but the daytime front desk staff... talk about booted people. I barely got a hello. from 3 people 1 was checking in peopel while the other two were chatting and sitting on the phone. no acknowledgement of my status (and appreciation for being a loyal customer), no water, no late checkout offered (although entitled to), no acknowledgement and apologies for not being able to offer any upgrades. after checkin I have asked for a room change further away from the airport and from the noisy AC unit that was just in front of my window and I got a very rude: no rooms available. night staff was very supportive and they promptly acted when some guests were too loud in the middle of the night. breakfast was great, but a bit understaffed so you had to wait to be seated. if they would solve the front desk and would give the girls some customer interaction training it could get the 5 stars it deserves. I'm going back in 3 weeks and hopefully the front desk would be better staffed.

Good location, hidden but close to a lot of things. We got a room with a balcony and view on the 5th floor but a bit blocked by trees so get a higher floor than the 5th. The beds were a no go, very hard but the room is decently spacious. It's a standard hotel with a great ambiance outside the rooms. I would stay there again but a higher floor. No robes were provided as stated but covid protocol i guess.

The hotel is expensive (especially if you're not using the golf course), but if you can get it at the per diem rate, it's a steal. If you have sufficient Marriott status, you can forgo your 1,000 bonus points to get a free breakfast every morning for you and one other person, which is a great exchange. You can choose pancakes; an American-style breakfast with eggs, hash browns, bacon/sausage, and toast; or a parfait.

We flew into LAX on a later flight and arrived to the hotel around 8pm. We used points to stay at Westdrift and was pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable. I was traveling with three young children and the staff could not have been more helpful, warm and caring. They joked with myself and my children and we had a lot of fun. The hotel was nicely furnished and clean. We will stay again at this location!

You can use the pool it's not extra charge, you can use your key for go in there
no shuttles. But its within walking distance to the Green Line Rail which will take you to a station that has shuttles to the LAX airport. Uber can take you to the airport as well. If its your first time with Uber use uberRICKSAGA to take $5 off the trip.
Guest wifi is free. Speed is ~7Mbps up ~7Mbps down. No free breakfast, but they have a restaurant on site $18 for Continental Breakfast.
There is not. The hotel is close to metro green line (railway station) which stops at a station with shuttles to the airport. Hotel is also close to bus stops that also get you to the LAX airport. Bus drivers are helpful and can tell you which buses to take, the cost and pickup times.
Yes. Reply if you want any hotel app, first time use codes 😁 I recommend using the Marriott app or site if you earn points (now they're all under SPG). Usually these hotels will go the extra mile for members to make special occasions such as yours memorable.
The only spirits that I experienced there were at the bar.
