Yes, they have a chicken sandwich, wings, and waffle fries. They are partnering with a bbq joint soon and will switch to that.
As others have mentioned, they have a fried chicken sandwich, wings and waffle fries, and will let you bring in outside food for just a short while longer until the new Ohio style BBQ place takes over their kitchen and them outside food will no longer be allowed.

I'd bring food from the nearby spots, which you're allowed.. I'd recommend Dos Chinos
Yes , but not a huge variety. Mostly just uou normal finger foods. Wings , fries , etc. But you are allowed to bring your own food.
