Same goes for 1p reopen time, I go like a quarter to 12p for them to post a sign in list outside, so either I stay & wait for them to call me after 1p or I finish up with my errands & go home to pick up my babies with enough time to head back to Casillas.
They do not take appointments. First come first served. They post a list outside before 8am. You wait in your car until they call you. Due to the pandemic you are not allowed inside with your pet.
