No, 7 weeks old is not too young to start vaccinations. They usually will need vaccines every 3-4 weeks until they are somewhere between 16-18 weeks of age. Legally a rabies vaccine can only be given when they are 12 weeks old or older in California.

No its not. The age to get them vaccinated is 6-9 weeks for Distemper, measles, parainfluenza. For the DHPP and rabies its 10-24 weeks.
