I have no problem with this airport
You should specify which airlines or which dept. I fly 6-8 times a year and have never had a problem with this airport, but I normally fly Southwest. Nobody at this airport has ever ignored me or been rude to me. Maybe that is because I am a polite person and do not expect someone to stop mid-sentence to wait on me. I don't know what happened in your situation, but if a staff member was rude to you without reason, you should complain to the company that employs that person instead of a blanket statement about the whole airport. Unfair.
