So I been working here now for almost 8 months as a air cargo screening honestly they been good to me I noticed security guards always complaining are the ones the always call off.

Worse security company and worse branch within this security... they are very racist I only seen one black person working in the branch office and they had her in a small office in the back. They randomly demote you after years of continuing completing contracts for them HR doesn't follow up on reports the guards make about higher up to the point the everyday guards quit the highest the offer is 16 and they don't offer promotions just demotion I met some guards that been working for 5 years straight and they never got offer a high position or at least a pay increase to help with inflation please quite Allied Universal Security and work for other security companies that actually care about they a guards and not just paper pushers they forget who actually work the contracts in order for them to get paid regardless

The fellow Guards aren't the problem I was posted at a post for 2years a number times I asked supervisors about other positions it was as if they didn't want to tell you anything about that certain position.. There answer was to apply online well that wasn't the correct answer.. If your employed with them it tells you to contact your manager.. You do that and they don't know anything ! They have to contact profolio manager it was a cat and mouse game all the time. Thiers no advancing be prepared to stay where you are posted ! Other than working with some good people I had a good posts that didn't pay me enough. So I'm glad made a choice and moved to a private sector where you have good benefits. Their are alot if competitive company's that are paying good ! Make the right choice or stay stuck. No one to get ahold of when you need them. I tried give this company a chance stay with them and get a better post I got no help !

Well I've taken mine on this past Monday an I went online and checked an it said on the 27th of August the Federal cleared an the other one which is the State said still in process ,so about 3 to 4 days .Did u take it already?
Thanks man. He actually told my son to smile before he took the picture. And that was after I had de-escalated the whole situation. And after I said to him I was going to file a complaint. That's when he started videoing my car and license plate saying I was banned for the day. I told him I really didn't care because I was just there to drop my son off and he could ban me for a year. Then I said why don't you just make it a lifetime ban?. And he said he's going to do that. I just don't like when people try to prove that you're ignorant to everything. When I know he has no authority to ban me from anything. I was just there to drop my son off because some limited edition hats were dropping today. And then try to say I couldn't park on the public Street. The supervisor was pulling up as he was tapping my face with his phone flashing my eyes taking pictures of my face. The reason why I de-escalated everything was not for my safety but for his. I hope that he understands that.
If it's through Allied Universal, go to the main office and make a complaint about the person, depends on the situation, they could get fired or just a write up, so many they'll get fired.....but yeah sorry to hear that
