He deserves a 5 star because I was very satisfied with the work that he did in my apartment.

I have been very fortunate to have met Rocio Garcia as part of the property management team for Encore. I am currently a resident since 2013 and have had my ups and downs with all the management changes throughout these years and no one compares to Rocio. She is more than willing to help and take care of something promptly without hesitation. She should be praised for her hard work and dedication to our property. I have never had a negative conversation with her. She always is looking to find a solution to problems that arise and be more than understanding of personal circumstances.

The apartments are nice on the outside but could use some upgrades on the inside. I did not receive the apartment I was promised and was charged 2xs the rent for a deposit that was not returned upon move out. My apartment was in excellent shape upon move out DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! They change management frequently to avoid accountability. While living here for 3 years there were several shootings and man killed right behind my apartment in the parking lot another further in the back. Management never acknowledged the incidents nor added extra security. Please keep these things in mind when considering your home.
